Communications are accepted in English and German.

As a provider established in the European Union, we are not required to designate a separate legal representative under Art. 13 DSA.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are therefore unable to link to it.

We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
