We aim for 99.9% availability. If something looks wrong, check the changelog for recent changes first, or visit the Help Center for troubleshooting steps.
Live reachability is checked from your browser on load. Generation and voice are checked server-side every few hours, and more often while a problem is open. Browser measurements expire after two minutes; engine measurements after six hours. Unknown means a measurement is missing or unavailable. These checks do not verify every workflow or customer transaction.
