Train once. Generate with credits. Keep commercial use on every paid plan.

Section 01

Getting started

How do I train an AI model?

Go to the Models section in the app and click "Train new model". Upload a set of reference images (you must own the rights to all images), give your model a name, and confirm. Training costs 720 credits as a one-time fee per model. Once trained, you can generate unlimited content from that model — you only pay credits for each render, not for training again.

How do I generate images?

Select a model from your library, choose a preset or write your own prompt, then click Generate. Credits are deducted per render: a 720p image costs 12 credits and 1080p (HD) costs 14 credits. The two engine lanes are priced per image instead of by resolution — Extreme Realism and UGC product ads are 56 credits each, both need a character, and UGC also needs a photo of your product. Failed generations are automatically refunded — no action required on your part.

What are prompts and styles?

The Presets page holds two things. Prompts are curated, ready-made descriptions of a shot — around 60 of them across categories like selfie & UGC, beach & pool, nightlife, street, travel, fitness, editorial and beauty. Pick one and it fills in your character's age, hair and build automatically, then you can edit every word of it. Styles are the nine Forge Styles that set the overall look (Normal, Black/White, Editorial, Smartphone, Y2K and so on) and apply on top of whatever prompt you use.

What are credits and how many do I need?

Credits are the unit you spend on generations. A 720p photo costs 12 credits and 1080p (HD) costs 14 credits. The Extreme Realism and UGC product-ad lanes are 56 credits per image and are available on paid plans. Training a new AI model costs 720 credits as a one-time fee. The Free plan includes 100 one-time credits. Paid plans refresh credits every billing cycle. You can also top up with credit packs (1,000 to 50,000 credits) that never expire and stack with your plan.

Section 02

Account & security

How do I change my password?

In the app, go to Settings > Security, enter and confirm a new password (minimum 8 characters), and save — no need to re-enter your current password while you're signed in. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen — we will send you a reset link by email.

How do I change my email address?

Go to Settings > Account and update your email address. A confirmation link is sent to both your old address and your new address. You must confirm from both inboxes before the change takes effect. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.

How do I sign out everywhere?

In Settings > Security you can trigger a global sign-out. This invalidates all active sessions on all devices immediately.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can request a full GDPR data export from Settings. We will prepare a JSON file containing your account data, generation history, and model metadata and make it available for download.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your models, generations, and data. To delete your account, go to Settings > Account and follow the deletion flow. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you are not billed again.

Section 03

Billing & credits

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits (included with your monthly or yearly subscription) reset each billing cycle. Top-up credit packs never expire and stack on top of your plan balance — they are consumed after your monthly plan credits.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes — cancel in one click from Settings > Billing. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days.

Do paid plans include a commercial license?

Yes. All renders generated on a paid plan (Starter, Creator, Studio, Agency) include a personal commercial license — you can use them in ads, social media, and brand campaigns. Free plan exports are not licensed for commercial use.

Is yearly billing cheaper?

Yes. Yearly billing is 20% cheaper per month compared to paying month-to-month. You get the same credit allowance and features — just at a lower effective rate. Your rate is locked in for the year.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Card data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

Section 04

Troubleshooting

My generation failed — what happens to my credits?

Credits are automatically refunded when a generation fails or is flagged by our content filters. You do not need to contact support or take any action. The refund appears in your credit balance immediately.

My model training failed — what should I do?

If training fails, wait a few minutes and retry. Training failures are rare. If your credits were charged for a failed training that did not complete, contact us at influencerforge@proton.me with your account email and we will resolve it.

I can't sign in or reset my password.

On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we will send a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. If you still cannot access your account, email influencerforge@proton.me.

I changed my email but the confirmation email hasn't arrived.

Check both your old inbox and your new inbox — and their spam/junk folders. Confirmation emails from both addresses must be clicked. If neither arrives after 10 minutes, go to Settings > Account and re-submit the email change request.

Can I clone a real person or celebrity?

No. We strictly forbid cloning of real people, celebrities, or minors. Every AI model must represent an 18+ individual and you must confirm that you own the rights to any reference images you upload. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Section 05

Generation quality & limits

Why do some generations look slightly different from my trained model?

Every render is a fresh generation, not a copy-paste of a reference photo — small variation in expression, lighting, or angle is expected and is part of how the underlying engine works. If a batch drifts noticeably in face shape or hair, add more diverse reference photos and retrain; a second training pass almost always tightens results.

What resolutions and formats can I generate?

You can choose 720p or 1080p (HD) per render — each costs a different number of credits (see the pricing cost table). Outputs are delivered as JPEG or PNG depending on the content type; video clips are delivered as MP4.

Is there a limit on how many generations I can run per day?

There is no hard daily cap — you are limited only by your available credit balance. Very high-volume automated usage may be subject to fair-use rate limiting to keep the platform responsive for everyone.

Why was my generation blocked by content moderation?

Every prompt and output passes through automated content filters that block sexual content involving minors, non-synthetic real-person cloning without consent, and other policy violations. If a generation is blocked, the credits for that attempt are automatically refunded.

Section 06

Policy & licensing

Who owns the images I generate?

You own the generated output. On paid plans, that ownership comes with a commercial license permitting use in advertising, e-commerce, and branded content. Free-plan exports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Can I use generated content for paid advertising?

Yes, on any paid plan (Starter, Creator, Studio, Agency). Verify your current plan's terms in the billing section — the free tier is not licensed for paid advertising or commercial product listings.

Are all personas required to be 18+?

Yes, without exception. Every trained AI model must represent a synthetic or consenting adult (18+) individual. This is enforced at training time and is non-negotiable — violations result in immediate account termination.

Does the platform support cloning a real influencer's likeness?

No. Reference photos must depict either a fully synthetic character or a real person who has given explicit written consent to have their likeness used for training. Cloning celebrities, public figures, or any non-consenting real person is prohibited.

Section 07

Collections & showcase

Can I download all images in a collection at once?

Yes. Open a collection's detail view and use the download action to export every asset in that collection as a single ZIP archive — no need to save images one by one.

What is the public showcase and how do I appear in it?

The showcase at /showcase is an opt-in gallery of AI personas. Each model has a "List in the public showcase" toggle on its detail page — turn it on and, once the model has finished training and isn't archived, it appears publicly with only its cover image, name, vibe, description, and tags. Reference photos and any account or owner information are never shown. Turn the toggle off at any time to remove it from the showcase.

Are video features available yet?

Yes. The Forge Engine animates a still you already have, and it can also build a new clip around a trained character. Clip lengths and prices vary by lane — the pricing page lists every video action that is currently available and billable, with its per-second rate.
